UK Online Directory. v9.

Thank you, I was thinking of a catchphrase from the early 80s, so before your time.
A pint of JW Blue? Wow that's rather dangerous but glad you made it home. You got a kebab or curry, chips and rice as well?
Not a catchphrase im aware of, but trust me, the early 80s are not before my time.

Was it Babycham?... Something something kick like a mule.
Early 80s you may recall a Chopper ride then.
I remember Victory V sweets saying they kicked like a mule.

I had a Tomahawk, Chopper and Grifter. Wish I still had them, I'd be loaded.
Hint at my age. I've a 30 year old daughter.

Oh yes Victory Vs, canny hot for a lozenge.
Nice bicycle range as well... I had a racer with a plastic bottle drink holder.
Thanks.

Not a UK-er but a lurker here sometimes… just curious if NFL means the same thing there as in the US?

I’ve watched it on TV over the years but this was the first live game I’ve attended. Not something I grew up with so don’t fully understand the rules/tactics but hey, live sport is live sport!
Totally, nothing like live sport.

I'm going to see the man's version next month, Wales v New Zealand.

We're going to get mullered!

Very stop/start and some stops are very obviously to allow for Commercials when you’re thinking, just get on with it!
Exactly but the whole set piece element to it. I admire the way they execute them, it's excellent but the stop start element can make it hard work to watch.

Good if you've had a few beers and have broken the seal though!

I have watched it. But usually only watch the university games, and then the Aggies.

Enjoy - Cardiff is a great stadium, smack bang in city centre unlike Wembley/Twickenham.

Hopefully AB will be licking their wounds from an Irish defeat!

Oh, I know the stadium well. Was at the first rugby and football matches there, the first concert there. Worked behind the bar at a Tina Turner gig there in my uni days!
