At the risk of being intense and responding too late,

To answer your "vampire" question, I was once using a table saw and argued with it about whcih way a piece of wood should go. Thankfully it was a 1/4" chunk of plywood and I had dropped the blade like a good boy (but was not using a push stick like a smart boy).

I thought that I might lose one of the fingers on my left (non dominant) hand for a few hours, then that I might not be able to use it ever again for a few days.

So I would happily forego a testicle to keep my fingers and my dexterity

Good morning Kit.
It is a good thing you came to Seattle last weekend.
This weekend, they are hosting a Sounders (soccer) game today in one stadium while the Mariners (baseball) host the Tigers in the other.
Tomorrow, the Seahawks (football) are hosting the Buccaneers before the Mariners host their second game against the Tigers.
Add to that all the road construction in that area and you have a great reason why I will not be anywhere near the area this weekend.

Gotta love living near large cities even though the area I live in isn't so bad.

One of my favorite artists in my top 10 is Chvrches.
They have two songs that compete for my favorite of theirs. At least one of them would be in my top 10 fave songs ever.

My "go-to"???? I usually either listen to the radio or my spotify, and I dont have just one or two or three songs that I prefer...my spotify has something like 4700 songs in my main playlist and then i have sub playlists for reggae or hip hop or edm or 80s or cocktail/lounge music and so on.

But sure, theres some songs I PREFER over the others to sing to...I mentioned Chvrches songs, Passion Pit is another, Depeche Mode, some Frank Ocean, OutKast, Tribe Called Quest, I mean...rerally depends on my mood I spose?

Makes sense. I'm in the same boat.
Usually, that song starts the playlist to remind me that I am in control of my day and not let shit get me down.
I do find myself playing the songs from Kpop Demon Hunter sometimes also.....wonder who inspired those choices.

Because they are good songs!
I am generally not into Kpop, never really listen to it but do appreciate a few artists here and there, but that film has a top shelf soundtrack!

Totally agree. Those songs get stuck in your head so easily and I still find myself tearing up during "This is What it Sounds Like."
