Well he is an awful human being on the PB. The worst of the worst. As are some of the other awful humans that seem to hang out in this thread when they are not imitating Nazis in the PB. But you all have fun with them. Lol.No, we dont do drama politics or religion here.... and most of us this is the only thread we follow.
Soooo... why are you asking that question? Genuine curiosity or to cause drama or?
I have two guns that I have never fired. I have an 1873 Springfield Trapdoor. Technically it’s Mrs Wonderers. Shes never fired it either. It’s been in her family for ages. It’s 45-70, but you have to use government rounds for it. The new hotter loads are too much for it.Even beautiful guns need to be fired!

Stick with me kid....hahaI never get to go anywhere.

I've taken a liking to my 45-70 lever gun. Around here hunting is brush, it's easier to carry. I expect the boolet to deflect less than a small faster one if a twig finds itself in the way. And it doesn't need to mushroom, it's 45 caliber to start with!![]()
Excellent cartridge, plus, I LOVE lever guns!
I’ve been looking at that Marlin for around 6 months…shoulda got it last spring at $800 n change. Now I’m seeing $1000 even on them. They’ve gotten great reviews from all the gun bubbas on the U-Toob. I want the .30-.30 cal
....And respect one another. This place is built on respect for each other.....We will....
Trust and believe
It’s not even worth giving fucks from PB the time of day.....And respect one another. This place is built on respect for each other.....
Who is this guy to judge?
Ah. One of those paid agitators. It’s not even worth giving fucks from PB the time of day.
You can’t even pay me to shit on them.
They’d prob like it, the self righteous doooooshbags.
We have to make note of that in your file.
Your permanent file!![]()
pretty toys = pretty pricesI looked up and saw a beitiful gun.... for 14000 £
Sticker shock
Definition: The New American DreamYep. And to win the lottery and retire...
They always dick you with the details, manFirst you have to buy a ticket
Sounds lovely! I love a good walk in the rain!!The good news is I had the walking trails to myself. Go there and the rain started. The dog walkers headed for their cars and only around 5 of us crazy die hards hung in there. Having the place to myself, my rain jacket, and an overall love of dreary days (I’m guessing it’s my Scottish roots!), I got a pep in my step and knocked out 5 miles. When I left I was the last truck in the parking lot!
Bummer... on the bright side... you were there for it and it was an oil rig and not MacD or something obscuring your viewGood morning wonderful Spoonies!
I finally got a beautiful sunrise, but there was a drilling rig blocking my view of it...
Still the Office Overachiever I seeI just had a meeting that just my apathy increase by 478%
Definition: FAFOYeah, I’m talking to my project manager. I’m still not sure if my construction manager gets it. They want to start the next project a week before Thanksgiving. And I told him that I’m taking off the last two weeks of the year already, and that it is not negotiable.
I don’t know if they have any idea how totally serious I am
Nope - not gonna do it... not gonna go lookBut it was beautiful.... like gun porn
Thank you - spared me a rabbit hole
My dad had a short love affair with a Triumph when I was about 12 years old. Bold for a man w/ 8 kids at the time.My father did the British sports car thing back in the late 60s. the fact that the fuel pump would not operate properly on cold rainy days was truly bizarre for a vehicle designed and sold on a cold rainy island.
I was going to agree wholeheartedly - thought we were still talking carsBut, ya shouldn't feel bad using it to push the brush away climbing through the alders, etc. Every scratch has a story.
I've bought bigger and bigger guns, trying to quell the urge for the Barrett .50 cal... trust me, it doesn't work, as I'm still craving a Barrett 50
(But I amassed a nice collection in the process)![]()
My wrists are messed up enough from computer keyboarding. I certainly don't have any business firing something that could shatter them... or my skull b/c clearly a safety helmet is also needed for this one?!?And a YouTube shirt for the one I do NOT want.
I hope the only time you use it is at the range... for fun
My dad used to do that all the time.Remember going to a 9pm movie?
I do, and now I think it's way too late for that shit now! I'd be yawning, and ready for bed before the previews would have even finished.
Nothing worse than a lying weaselSeriously, weasels this time, for real.
Keep in mind... this doesn't mean I don't/won't/never talkConfession: I skip reactions on a lot of the gun posts because I don't really know anything about guns, rifles, or ammo
He is a lurker looking to make trouble... like water off a ducks ass? No wait back yeah back....And respect one another. This place is built on respect for each other.....
