I do like this, and it's not that he is unhappy with their relationship its that he feels that his wife would never be a submissive. She's simply too much of an alpha personality and he's right. Their sex is good but it's usually the way she wants it. She calls the shots, they do this or that when she wants to. It's very FLR but she doesn't see him as a sub.
But, he dreams of a woman who will gaze up at him from her knees with his cock in her mouth. Which is fine in every way, but he's never spoken of it. There's never been a sit down heart to heart about his issues. He just assumes she'd never go for it.

The other classic way this could be written (in my opinion): the wife hires a private detective, who finds that Mistress is herself married. She goes to tell that man that his wife has betrayed him, with pictures (from her detective), and they're both talking about their feelings of hurt and loss ... and one thing leads to another leads to bed, where they have a great time.

Then the detective decides to blackmail all four of them. Which leads to a great confrontation scene, where the original husband-and-mistress couple are all upset that their partners fucked, until they (quickly) realize how insanely hypocritical that is.

If you wanted, you could have Other Husband just act in a commanding way, and Betrayed Wife perfectly happy to go along, at least that particular time. Not my kink, but the OP seems to be into the whole dom/sub thing. (I do write that stuff, actually, but for some reason this specific scenario wouldn't be where I'd use it.)
