I certainly will, I’m looking forward to the next year.Make good use of your time…![]()
As it's your final year and that is an exciting though busy time.I certainly will, I’m looking forward to the next year.

Age verification on a website, I felt like I scrolled down for about 6 minutesI teach graduate students on their practical rotations. As I was putting my water bottle in my backpack, which I've been using since I started undergrad in 2001, while getting ready to leave work today it occurred to me that my backpack is older than my current grad students. Fucking christ that made me feel old.
What made you feel old today?
I’m not averse to being excited from time to time. Especially if it leads to me getting ‘busy,’As it's your final year and that is an exciting though busy time.
(my kids and their friends are right in that uni/first jobs mix...)
Well, make the most of your youth and get busy and excited as much as possible!I’m not averse to being excited from time to time. Especially if it leads to me getting ‘busy,’

When I was 20, I decided not to get excited and 'busy'. Although I have no regrets I now wish I had been a little more outgoing.I’m not averse to being excited from time to time. Especially if it leads to me getting ‘busy,’

So very true...I’m not averse to being excited from time to time. Especially if it leads to me getting ‘busy,’

And that's why you're still lookingThe kids who work for me are getting lip fillers and Botox… and I’m still just moisturizing.

Having trouble reading the fine print.
Interviewing a new hire the other day. He asked how long I'd been with the company. I mentioned my start date, and he said that was before his birthday!Introduced to a new Graduate who would be shadowing me as part of her raining before moving on to a new department.
All was well untill she let slip her age. Less than 1/2 mine.
I have 1 employee who is 1yr younger than my start date.Interviewing a new hire the other day. He asked how long I'd been with the company. I mentioned my start date, and he said that was before his birthday!
Same boat! LOL!I have 1 employee who is 1yr younger than my start date.
As I'm not quite 50, having a Graduate <1/2 my age did make me feel old.
