I'm from the UK and had never heard of Charles Kirk before yesterday. How well know was he in the U.S.A. and elsewhere?

I'm American and I never heard of him until yesterday. I suspect this is the case for a lot of Americans.
Interesting. Social media would have you believe he was well known. There are UK non-political social pages posting R.I.P.'s when you know they've no idea who he was

The vast majority of Americans did not know who Charlie Kirk was.
Charlie Kirk was the 19th most popular radio voice in America.

His show was not on Fox News.
His show was not on Newsmax.
His show was not on OAN,
His show was not on The Blaze.
His show was on some fringe network nobody ever heard of called "Salem", along with convicted felon's Dinesh D'souza's show.

The highest accolade I've heard so far is "Charlie Kirk managed to make Rush Limbaugh look like Walter Cronkite by comparison".

The subtext of every single Charlie Kirk podcast was "You Don't Hate The Left Enough".

An insignificant conservative Christian was singled out and murdered and the left believes it's justified. Democrats have become morally bankrupt. :)

I didn't agree with his perspectives on most things, but he established an amazing organization from scratched, at a very young age, that rivaled youth organizations that have been around for decades.

I also admire that he went to campuses to debate people directly. I can't say his debates were all completely based on straight and sincere logic, but he listened and responded to people directly.

I'd be willing to bet that those "UK non-political social pages" did indeed know who he was. Just as your Nigel Farage is known here in the US, Kirk was known around the world to those who wished for more peace and enlightenment among the people. He had a huge fan base among those in all walks of life across the world. I suspect that it is only those who live with self-imposed blinders as they go about their narrow existence staring at their phone and posting on social media who were unaware of him.

Charlie Kirk was a modern day MLK. Just like MLK, Kirk rallied the people with a popular message of peace and enlightenment.

😲 Arpy obviously posted the above to troll the libs. Too bad the "lawyer" forgot about the search function:

MLK was a rorbag Alt before there were such things.

Yes he was [wrong to pratice civil disobedience]. From a purely legal standpoint Ghandi is guilty of committing a second wrong and should not be praised for it. Nor should MLK or any of the civil rights protestors.
