You dont move to nyc seeking a boring life. Its always been crazy here. I used to post stories about it all the time but theres been a huge difference in how things are the past five years. Things are decaying rapidly.
 
So the question remains - if cashless bail is the issue, what is the solution? Getting rid of bail? Making bail more expensive for all?
