All professional political leaders are corrupt, but it's like democrats get high on being mentally retarded. Blue cities are shit, holes with sky-high taxes and crime that's typically out of control. At least with Red states, we don't pay taxes on intangibles & ZERO state income taxes. Those in government are junkies totally addicted to spending

Red States are less educated and receive more welfare than blue States.

A lot of people need to live in urban metro areas for work. One piece of advice I would offer to anyone in that situation is avoid buying a home within the city limits of a large city. Try to buy your home in unincorporated county areas, or at least a small suburban city. You’ll be less exposed to the dysfunction, decay, and high property taxes that are characteristic of large cities.

AI is coming for your "education jobs". Can you change a spark plug? They can in West Virginia. :)

Haha!
Nice try.
The fucker wasn’t asking for advice on where best to live. He said he wanted nothing to do with blue states. Tell him how your weak ass sucks on trump’s capitalist dick but wouldn’t be as productive if you were living anywhere else but Cali.

🙄

BabyBoobs "thinks" that the MILLIONS of people who work in big cities should just reside in “unincorporated county areas”, and there would be zero cost / consequence associated with that strategy???

I lived and worked in Southern California and the Bay Area for many years. Don’t miss it at all. The state is well known for being poorly governed, but city councils and school boards in places large cities like San Diego, LA, San Jose, San Francisco and Oakland are a big part of the problem as well. Homeowners are better off in the small cities on the outskirts and unincorporated parts of the counties.
