I think the base idea of different AI scenarios is interesting and could be played around with. But just find something else the character finds offensive that makes them GTFO of the scene instead. Scat, monster-fucking, aliens--you have so much more room to work with than underage pseudo-incest.

As in here I am being a good father to a 7 year old girl and she starts getting jealous of me kissing her mom (my scenario wife) and says she wants to be kissed like that. In one the wife encouraged it very heavily, to the point of getting turned on by the idea. In that one I tried arguing that she is only 7 you weirdo. The kid spoke up (well its text) and said no I'm 18.

Well, look at it this way. To Lit, it does not matter if the character is "really seven" or if she's "really 18." In the scenario you described, she clearly is presented as seven in appearance and even in her parents' belief. So you definitely have a section of story portraying a character everyone believes is seven expressing interest in something that's very inappropriate for a seven year old.

"Surprise, she really identifies as an 18 year old and turns out not to be human" does not erase that. Neither does you having the main character nope out as fast as he can. By then, the damage has already been done.

So I don't know exactly what you were going to use exactly. But just don't have something that looks sexual anywhere near adjacent to something that looks like a kid.

And ESPECIALLY don't have them expressing desire for it. There is NO way to redeem that into a Lit-acceptable story.

Rule of thumb: if you have questions about skirting (presumably short, plaid skirting) the under 18 rule, you are 99% likely to be breaching the under 18 rule. It’s a very clear diktat. Your idea seems to be driving a monster truck over it.

Things would need to be presented properly. For instance, there is no rule against a father giving a kiss to his seven-year-old daughter, even on the lips. It is what that act evokes in him or other characters that makes the difference. There is no rule against two under 18 minors kissing each other either, with the caveat that the act should be presented in a non-titillating or otherwise arousing context.

I hate to think of all the possibilities for good stories that never are because it's too easy to say, "It won't fly!" The premise described by the OP doesn't appeal to me but that doesn't mean that I would discourage him from attempting his story.

The titillation and arousal are on the seven year old's part, which is is the premise the OP's "idea" is based on. There isn't a competent and responsible way to present that properly.
