I know I'm kind of a new person at (6 years) by Lit standards, but I personally know a couple Lit moderators. They helped me keep my "Shield" avatar without too much trouble. In real life, I'm a retired technical book editor (Don't tell anyone) haha. Glitches happen, no complete computer system is infallible.
