One of our best snakes is the Speckled King Snake... You should see what they will do to Copperheads and Rattlesnakes!I am ok w most snakes. When I was a kid I thought we had water moccasins here in NJ but it’s an urban (rural) myth. There are water snakes but they are not poisonous.
We do have northern copperheads and timber rattlesnakes here. I’ve seen a copperhead once.
We got plenty of good guys snakes tho: rat snakes and milk snakes and black racers I think.
What kind of numbers of people will you typically see pass through the festival and what kind of pricing is it for vendors to set up a booth? This is our festival at my village 5th year and I have been on planning committee since tge beginning... wish everyone lived closer......
BTW, down South, "water moccasins" refers to the venomous cotton mouth variety...I am ok w most snakes. When I was a kid I thought we had water moccasins here in NJ but it’s an urban (rural) myth. There are water snakes but they are not poisonous.

That's so kind of you.Neat gadget!
I just explained to a blind relative how to open a can with a kitchen mama can opener.
I’ve been getting them for every one. They unbend the can lid so there are no sharp edges. You don’t need strength or vision to use one.

We are self supporting and wr get sponsors. Any proceeds go into a grant fund that civic organizations can apply for to support the residents of the village. For instance we have given money for schools shopping with Santa program, art and music departments, habitat for humanity and the local youth baseball leagueWe are open 11 a to 10 p and we will see 1500-2000ish people.... vendors are 25$ plus a donation for silent auction for 10x10 space no electricity

She is the animal whisperer.... I wonder what it was..bobcat?
It was a little nasty, but I remember Captain JJ telling me about riding out a hurricane on a tug (tied to the dock) which after it was over, the deck was covered with marsh grass and water moccasins... that would creep me the F'k OUT!
Its a poor village where 5 yrs ago they did drug deals on the street. We (mayor and coumcil) have been busting our tails to clean up this town....You live in a very Nice area...I'm jealous![]()
I believe I am playing bass in Bad Inflience. I am also the lead tambourinist in Superfriends.
Both bands have been known to smash up hotel rooms and parks…
Just sayin.
