Me, I can't stand coffee (but do come and buy one off me) or tea in the traditional sense, but I am highly partial to a matcha...

I prefer coffee loaded up with an obscene amount of cream and sugar, so as to make it taste as little like coffee as possible. Coffee on its own tastes like feet.

I like coffee and tea. Ok. Call me crazy but, I drink more coffee during the summer and early fall. Then, during the cold months, I prefer te de manzanilla. I grew up with that and it's stuck. Lol

If you don't like something, why drink it?

And if you need the caffeine, there's so many other ways to get it which don't taste like coffee...

For me personally I like the taste of espresso or coffee but I also don’t like it by itself.
I like the sweet addition of flavors and creams but I still want that bit of flavor that only coffee beans can provide
I love the smell of black coffee but to drink it, it has to be all kinds of sweet for me.

There are lots of clever statements where people start it with "I like my coffee like I like my....".

I like my coffee like I like sex. I want it many times every day, I never get enough of it, I like it many different flavors and forms, and even a bad cup of coffee is better than no coffee at all.

I like coffee and I like it creay, ateong, flavored, cold, hot, a myriad of colors and flavors. I need the caffeine but I like the adventure drinks can be. Im lucky enough to have a sweet baristo who often recommends new flavors.

I find "black coffee is the one way" people an excellent filter for me personally.

I also like (hot) tea but only when it's cold out. As a southerner, I will drink iced sweet tea for any reason, at any time, for any occasion.

Was genuinely curious. I have the same coffee/feet reaction.

But I don't even like it bastardised beyond recognition...

It's also a social thing. One of my first real jobs in my 20's involved 10-12 hour workdays, and other than a lunch break we only got short coffee breaks and smoke breaks. So I forced myself to drink coffee and smoke cigarettes, just so I could get breaks with my other co-workers. I quit smoking as soon as I quit that job. But the coffee habit stuck.

My lit circles are extremely small, so I almost never hear any gossip, compliments, good or bad, about anybody. But as luck would have it, I did manage to accomplish today’s challenge with a piece of Good Gossip I heard about 6 years ago. It still counts, though, right?

I drink and enjoy both tea and coffee. When it comes to hot beverages, I’m more of a tea drinker, though, and if I’m left to my own devices, I rarely make or have coffee. In summer it’s usually either coffee or water for me, in cooler seasons it’s either tea or water. I rarely drink anything else.

When you walk into Costa every time and when they all had a coffee, I had a hot chocolate or Coke...

Maybe it's not that I wanted to feel like a grown up.

It's definitely a sign I haven't been around much lately when I couldn't think of one person to pass on some gossip or a 2nd hand compliment to. But no matter, tomorrow is a new day


But I like a coffee in the morning. Not from a fancy machine or anything - just pre ground, splash of milk and hot water from the kettle.

Mug of tea in the afternoon with a biscuit or five.

If I'm out at a coffee shop or café I go for all the trimmings. Cream, sprinkles... the whole shebang.

I love the smell of coffee but I can't hack all the caffeine anymore. Decaf just doesn't cut it either.

Day 28 done (in my usual jokey way)

I love coffee and drink a lot of it. Years ago I used to drink it black but now I have it with milk. I don’t like cold coffee drinks and I don’t like coffee flavoured things like chocolates or cake. I don’t have flavoured coffees. My favourite take out coffee is a Starbucks Blond Roast latte. I will occasionally have tea but not very often. It makes me nauseous. The only time I have ever really drank more tea than coffee is when I was pregnant. I like Morning Coffee biscuits with tea and Rich Tea biscuits with coffee.
