Even if basic... hot/sexy/arousing is still hot/sexy/arousing. Don't sell your abilities short. The premise is just a means to an end. Your descriptions, interactions and dialog, from your unique perspective are what sells it. Gimme a first time in the hot tub exhib story any day. Is it unique... nope... but typically hot.

Hmm, ok, so the scenario... let's say two coworkers, mutually attracted to each other but never making a move. Both wind up at an office party at one of their coworkers houses. A little booze, trip to the hot tub... add some flirtation or exhibitionism which leads to other things... and getting caught up in the moment in front if everyone you work with. Yeah... I could get lost in that daydream. Length... I dunno. As far as Lit stories goes... maybe 3 webpages of reading. No idea what that word count would be. Let your imagination fly. Put yourself in the situation.
