"Going to the sun" is a road in Glacier National Park that is a beautiful drive if you are not the driver, because it is a very narrow two lane road.. It is closed most of the time as Park staff have a hard time clearing it of snow till the weather cooperates in late springtime..

Yes, lots of places to pull of for pictures.. It will take you at least an hour and a half from one side to the other. There are very few facilities up there..
