In effect telling Ottawa to fuck off. Even worse, rumor on the street is that Saskatchewan is going to join in. No word yet on what BC might do.

On top of that Carney is scrambling to develop the EU market. The problem is that the only thing the EU wants, or needs, from Canada is in Alberta.
