The unspoken agreement has always been that Japan and China will buy treasuries and the USA will allow them US market access. Trump's fucking with that ...and the unspoken converse is, fuck around with that and they will dump Treasures, or simply noy buy more, and our debt cost will jump....and if that happens, well, we have t cut spending or see interest rates soar.

US debt is a deeper and more complex issue than that.

WE have allowed China/Japan/everyone else to buy US Treasuries as a means to have open access to the US economy. This has been going on for decades, not just under Trump.

And, as anyone could logically forecast, the world is now using those Treasuries to blackmail Trump and the US to allow them to continue to rape and pillage our nation.

This isn't Trump's FO stage, it's OURS. We did this to ourselves and we're learning that Mr. MorningStar always gets his fair share.
