Day 5: A song with the word โ€œtreeโ€
โ€œSit with me in the top of a magnolia tree
Tell me all your secrets darling, tell me that you'll stay
Watch your smile so big and blue
Won't you kiss me underneath the moon?
I'm not leaving darling, I'm not going anywhere
โ€

Drew Holcomb & The Neighbors - Magnolia Tree

Day 6: A song with the word โ€œdieโ€

I love the original Thomas Rhett version of this song, but this one is great, too. And she isnโ€™t gay, to my knowledge, but I like thinking about it being used as a sapphic love song.

โ€œYou're a saint, you're a goddess, the cutest, the hottest, the masterpiece
It's too good to be true, nothing better than you
In my wildest dreams
โ€

Megan Moroney - Die A Happy Man

Day 7: A song with the word โ€œliveโ€
I think I've shared this song here before. It describes the nature of so many Lit situation-ships. Everything sounds sexier in Spanish, but if you don't speak it the lyrics are worth googling

"Tรบ vive' con otro y yo medio a solas"
you live with him and I'm half alone

Day 8: A song with the word, "cry"

Fucktons of fuzzy guitar, snarling vocals and IDGAF lyrics. Classic frekbeat sound and vibe. Whoever made this recording, recorded it directly from a record, you can hear a few pops crackles at the start.

Which is the way it should be.

Stomping Dutch freakbeat (called Nederbeat)
