What you call “fraud prevention” is just regular code for gutting vital programs under the guise of efficiency. You act like every Medicaid recipient is a scammer, when the real fraud lies in pretending billionaires need more tax breaks while rural hospitals shut down. That is sick. I thank God I have health insurance through my job but many aren't so lucky.

You say poverty isn’t a moral failure, ok, cool. But then you turn around and make struggling families jump through hoops just to see a doctor, while corporations legally dodge billions in taxes. That’s not moral clarity, that’s selective outrage.

And no, this isn’t about Pelosi or offshore accounts on either side. It’s about the millions of people who rely on Medicaid to survive, especially in red states throughout the South and Midwest where slashing it would devastate entire communities.
