My avatar was what it was when the site changed. In the old days you could change it yourself and I used to change it on a whim as and when I felt like it. Always pics of me, although I think my original one was of a print of a piece of art.

Now, it's there. The way to change it seems arduous and time consuming. And it doesn't bother me that much to stay the same.

I don't think its particularly noticeable. If you were scrolling through a thread, I dont think that is what would make you stop and read my posts.

I told you on day 3? that I think your AV is perfect for you and I'm sure I'm not the only one that thinks so.

Made a start, sent a couple for now.

My last AV before this one was a sunset I think. Perfectly nice but didn't say anything about me. In fact it was there because I was trying to not be noticed for a while.

This one was taken last year for a Variations week though I can't remember which theme.

I chose this as my current AV as I think it represents who I am and trying to be on Lit. I'm still mostly hidden from view but I'm there, letting the light in again.

As for my AV (which a couple of you were kind enough to PM me about! ), I'm lucky to be able to take naps when I need them, which is often. Even when I'm working, since I work from home most of the time and largely set my own schedule, I can just conk out for an hour in the afternoon. So there's lots of times when I log onto Lit and I'm either about to take a nap or I'm just waking up from a nap. Which makes a few people envious, I think. But I picked my av to lean into that.

I've never been able to tell if it's a bracelet or handcuffs she's wearing... That could change the vibe of the av completely.
