Once again, a gentle reminder for those who are new to our thread.
This is a safe place for littles to come and vent, frolic, chat. Others are welcome, as well, even if this isn't their dynamic, but they have friends here.
Because it's a safe place, there's no place here for "I'm looking for" posts. The other thing I discourage is over familiarity. Unless they are "yours" -
• don't call anyone anything except their user name (not little one, good girl, Daddy, Sir, etc)
• don't give random hugs to people without consent

Turtling is how I describe it when I get overwhelmed. I just pull into my shell and wait for whatever the storm is to pass.
It’s a necessary thing sometimes…

I'm trying, the day isn't over, yet.
I think my biggest struggle today has been changing the sheets. Queen size beds are nice, but such a pain - all that running around.

I hope you are feeling better. Stress, doubt and anxiety are terrible things to overcome. May I suggest finding something that brings you joy or peace, a bath with a calming bath bomb, a candle with a soothing smell, music that brings peace or reminds you of pleasant times. Sometimes when the world tries to bring you down, it's needed to create your own joy until joy returns to your life. I'm sending happy thoughts your way. I sincerely hope your fortunes change for the better.
