Nice sunny day on the South I am heading to the office.

The nurse was panicking about my high good cholesterol level:
So I changed the breakfast 6 large size fried eggs to 6 midsize ones.

Why should I care too much someone else health?!

Also regarding bacon butties.

For me it has to be brown sauce and white bread. And I like my bacon crispy.

Red sauce for some reason doesn't work with bacon. I save the red for sausage butties. Brown bread is alright if white is not available.

I've also not been sleeping very well. The heat isn't fun and I've also picked up a cough that isn't helping. Hopefully I sleep better tonight as I'm supposed to be going out for a friend's birthday on Saturday and would like to enjoy it.

Haven’t they shown eggs have minimal effect on cholesterol?. That’s an outdated belief that too many are bad for you I think

Seems to be that one egg is considered ok, But there are some poor sods who are hyper responsive to cholesterol, and some who are the opposite. I could be wrong though. Eggs are lush.

I've tried writing stories/roleplay and I am so shit they'd never get published.
