Seems to be that one egg is considered ok, But there are some poor sods who are hyper responsive to cholesterol, and some who are the opposite. I could be wrong though. Eggs are lush.

Love it but then my office is about 50 metres from the river so I can walk some of the coastline every day (We're about 10 miles inland though so does it still count?)
