It's techincally not upskirt, but I recently sat on the side of the road while hiking in my kilt. I was sitting on a low rock at a lay by next to a sharp bend, with my legs wide open when a car drove by. Two young ladies in a fiat 500. It was a hot day and they were driving with their windows down. As they came towards me, I saw them pointing at me and laughing. They slowed down for the bend (or the view?) and waved at me as they drove past. I think they enjoyed the view. I know I enjoyed flashing them!
