Ok all here is the general idea of what is going. We have one of our friends 21 year old daughter that has become a very big part of our family. She dated my son briefly but then he cheated on her and has become a bum with no job, home or car and no desire to better himself. Anyway the last 2-3 weeks she has been over a lot. Fair point well made but I don't think a photograph is relevant as @Doughboy48 already knows what she looks like.

If I was single and met her at a bar or while working away on a project I think the risk/ reward would be acceptable to satisfy a personal fantasy.

Being married, she is family friend and son's ex partner the is risk is far too high. It can only result in making a few people's lives go sideways and also shows a lack of respect for both women.

Thank you all for the advise! The consensus is clear that I need to just keep it in my pants if she would even make a move. I agree it could get messy quickly even if we set firm ground rules.
