Has anyone else drawn the ire of story critic Stacnash? 🤣

He’s right that my strokers are lazy writing but damn. He has Lovecraft68 as a one star writer though šŸ˜†šŸ¤£ so at least I scored higher than that at three stars.

No idea why he bothered with one of my stupid stories anyway. At least he has Jackie Hikaru as an ā€œelite 5 star authorā€ that’s definitely right.

Don't know the basis for his lists. I remember getting a long and detailed comment from him, but I didn't remember it being on the story he listed for me, which is my darkest story.

PS. I checked. His comment was on that dark story.

Which one?

He is passionate in his beliefs.
He has strong opinions, and feels comfortable sharing...
I don't know enough about the art of writing to know whether he's right or wrong.
He has commented on one of my stories. It was an in depth review, which I never asked for.
It felt overly critical, but I couldn't argue with several of his points.
His review was almost as long as my story...

Didn't we decide he was probably a she?

Yes, OP, many of us have had dealings with stacnash. They are mentioned in many threads. I've not drawn their ire, but their comments do annoy the fuck out of me.

Not the worst commenter, though.

Ooooooooh, I see my "Halloween in the Cemetary" made Stacnash's LIst of Disqualified Authors. - "Having made it to the end, I can safely call this one of the worst pieces of writing I’ve ever read." - I think it was Stacnash that complained about the content years on and I had to edit and resubmit. Only 6 stories in that list so I am truly honored.

I'm flattered to make the lists....LOL. Now checking to see if I'm anywhere else there LOL. Oooooh, I made the one star story list too - A list of the absolute worst authors on Literotica. Same story. I really ticked her boxes with that one.

Oh joy... My most popular story The Party has just been favorited by them, and I can already tell that their review is not going to be great by the fact that the rating just had a massive drop. Probably because I dared to imply that they might've been wrong when their very clearly an alt was arguing in another thread.

No that can't be it, because the one of mine they're going after is the furthest thing from rape there is. It has very consensual sex between a human woman and a man with tentacles.

Well, EmilyMiller's tentacle story got high praise, so maybe you're going to be ok.

Apparently they like noncon, so I think if I was going to get high praise then they would've gone after The Parasite instead. But then again, the tentacle monster in that one gets eaten before he can impregnate the girl, and she comes out of it completely unharmed. So that would likely get scathing reviews as well.

I haven't been blessed (or cursed) by them yet, but their lists seem to be made pretty much entirely of authors who are currently or recently active in AH... So it might just be a matter of time 😳
She arrived with a great huzzah in the AH about three years ago (maybe only two), seriously pissed a bunch of people off, and got herself banned. During that first time she reviewed maybe 80% of the stories in her lists.

She's continued the guerrilla critiques since then, although at a slower rate, from what I can see. Obviously still lurks the AH - tends to zoom in on new arrivals, especially those who arrive thinking they're already better than sliced bread.

I scored a fair review - she really liked one of my characters, but her nit-noids were more a reflection of an American insularity and a lack of awareness of English English and Australian English cultural elements, such as knickers vs panties.

I was most amused that she thought using "cunt" half a dozen times was "vulgar" when the theme of story in question was anal sex, with several dozen uses of "ass". I concluded that she liked it up the ass (why else would you review the second part of a series, and not the first - which was in EC?), and was a tad puritanical. To be fair, I didn't write, "She took it up the shitter," so the vulgarity test might have been skewed.

We exchanged a few PMs, me trying to find out what it was all about. I came away with an image of a coterie of po-faced librarians, each daring the other to read naughty erotica and compare notes. Fucked if I know how the scoring criteria worked - again, I imagined a very finger stained set of crib notes or theme questions, and a legal pad full of notes. We're ranked on a big list somewhere, although I have no idea who the audience is.

That is a story that I would read on a heartbeat 😁
I agree.

Think of the tropes: librarians in glasses, hair up in buns and thick with semen when they let it down, fuck-me high heeled shoes with red soles, climbing up the ladder with no knickers in the high stacks up the back, knowing exactly where 120 Days of Sodom is (illustrated versions, obviously). It's got to be the theme of a writers' anthology, surely?
