I've been.. Honestly battling Depression and Anxiety but physically I am ok its just mentally I am having trouble..

Nah. Exhaustion expected the whole day, possibly tomorrow too. It's more about feeling heavy in my head and body than fog.

Hi all, end of year college stuff is over as of today with my niece graduating and my daughter home. Looking forward to some fun and relaxation this summer even though the feet are still bothering me.

Lady K is well. But me? Blood pressure is 178/90 and I'm coughing up blood with frequent nose bleeds. Lady K sent me to the hospital this morning. I've got extremely high blood pressure and they're keeping me overnight while they do tests on me to try to control it. I'll keep everyone updated. The annoying nurse's are trying to give me hourly sleeping pills because I talk to much...

I'm now under my doctors care and I'm taking medicine for control my BP. It makes me feel a little weird but the hospital doctors said this was normal and I'll acclimate to it by tomorrow.
