Data released in April showed that young Americans are “overwhelmingly Republican,” particularly those under the age of 30.

Data from Yale Polling found that young people are swaying significantly to the right, with voters aged 18 to 21 leaning Republican by 11.7 points when looking at their prospective voting in the 2026 midterms, according to Newsweek. While young people have traditionally voted Democrat for generations, Gen Z may be making history in their ideologies.
Breaking Down The Data

Vice President J.D. Vance was ranked as the most popular personality amongst Republicans with a +65 rating overall, +54 among Republican voters under the age of 30. A majority (53%) said they would support Vance if he ran in the 2028 GOP primary, while only 27.5% of Democrats said they’d vote for former Vice President Kamala Harris despite having a generally good favorability rating.

Trump is also very popular among young people, with a 52.7% rating among 18 to 29-year-olds.

A factor happening here is that many young people tend to rebel against unjust authority and their parents.

Schools that have punished kids for saying that a guy in a dress is a guy in a dress and parents who vote Democrat regardless of all of the consequences of doing so are causing their kids to look elsewhere.

The same thing is happening in Europe where the right is gaining power due to the votes of disenfranchised youth who see the leftists selling out to globalism and imperialistic Islam.

The democraps will be there in spades at the Mid Term.

Yah, they don't get to lay claim to that name after installing a candidate for President who didn't win a single primary nor a single caucus.
It's the name of the party.

Sorry you don't like that

Those numbers don't bode well for Kamala in the 2024 election
🤣

Anyone who does so, on this basis, isn't a solid lock for wherever they end up politically.

What I foresee is the pendulum swinging and the fortunes of both parties gaining momentum as it goes their way, and losing as it swings the other way. Whether the current swing benefits D's or R's in the midterms or 2028 is yet to be seen although the trend seems to be that the swing is still moving toward conservatives.

Rest assured, it won't stay there.

The GOP is never going to recover from the shame of being associated with Trump's name. He has utterly ruined the Republican brand. After 2029 you will never see another Pub in the WH until the day you die.

Yet four years of Biden convinced most Americans to vote to put Trump back in the White House.

Lol

This is funny shit right here.

Wrong. The Dems are poised to sweep the midterms, and they don't even need to have any message or make any promises to win -- all they have to do is not be Republicans.

Except the trend is for young voters to register as Republicans and not D's. If the D's aren't gaining new voters, and the R's are, that's not a good sign no matter how you want to spin it.

Historically though, mid-terms are usually against the party in power. So the D's have that advantage in this coming election. And of course, R's are known for consistently snatching defeat from the jaws of victory. It's what they do.

Given all of that, the outcome of the Mid-terms isn't certain no matter which party you're rooting for.

Cite? (Other than the links in the OP, which are transparent lies.)

dudly, do your own googie search. Honestly, if you haven't been paying attention to how Florida is almost solid red and the D's are in total disarray, you FUCKING DESERVE everything you get.
