Ulraine will keep on fighting until they wind, Trump will look like even more of an asshole whilst alienating the whole of Europe, and the USA will lose a country that could have been our strongest ally in Europe and a real miitary asset.

That's actually why I come here. And this isn't as much about me but you do see the colors more clearly here. You see the real messaging coming from the political discussion rather than the watered down versions.

I want to see the bullshit with all the stink and vitriol without being tamped down. And I don't always have a true response outside of amazement at the levels....but at least I understand how I react and allows me to take time to digest for actual discussion with others.

President Zelenskyy’s words strike a critical balance between realism and principle. Acknowledging the current military limitations regarding Crimea is not a sign of weakness, but of strategic clarity. His insistence that only Ukrainians will decide their land’s fate directly.

Sanctions and diplomatic pressure are much more effective in times of peace and not war. The sad reality is that it is unlikely(but not impossible) that Crimea will be retaken militarily. That is not a revelation. Invasion from the sea is asking for disaster. However, that does not chance the fact that Crimes is Ukrainian as recognized by international law and ratified by the UN. It's Ukraine's decision and Ukraine's decision only.

Zelensky is looking ahead and adjusting his plans based on Trump's betrayal. Nothing is certain but that he a formidable player and certainly outsmarts the Putinista cock-sucking Trump.
