More Winning For The American People

Hmm if "the educated are now the 'retards' in our society", that has to make you so far off the end of the chart. So sad for you.
I remember reading this (from the late Charles Simic) more than a decade ago. It struck me then, and now it rings truer still! The sad fact (which Pew and Gallop study each year) is that a profoundly embarrassing 40% of Americans actually believe that out planet is less than 10,000 (yes, ten THOUSAND) years old. Abysmal ignorance on such a scale speaks volumes about our educational system!

BREAKING: Fox News stuns MAGA viewers by telling the truth about Donald Trump's disastrous tariffs and sharing the story of a small business owner who went from paying $26,000 to $346,000 to import his products — likely destroying his livelihood.

Stories like this are popping up everywhere...

"There's an item in the New York Post that we all have in front of us. It's an exclusive story and it talks about how with these 104% tariffs that went into effect, you know we think that China is going to have to pay for it but it tells a story of a special needs toy importer..." began Fox & Friends host Steve Doocy.

Last night at midnight, Trump slapped a 104% tariff on Chinese imports. China retaliated by implementing an 84% tariff on American imports.

"...and when the tariffs went into effect at midnight, his tariff — he's been paying a tariff because he gets stuff from China — $26,000 a year," continued Doocy. "His tariff bill went from $26,000 at midnight to $346,000."

"And that's money he's got... Gonna have to come out of his pocket. It sounds like he's going to go ahead and close down part of his business," he went on.

"He tried to make the toys in the United States but the tariff on his most popular item went from $0 to $17 at midnight and what he told the New York Post is that people don't understand the tariff situation," Doocy went on.

"They think just foreign countries are paying for the tariffs. That's not true," said the host. "Half of the tariffs are being paid for by U.S.-based companies. So when you look at the big numbers, and they look good just remember that — according to this guy — half of the small businesses and half of the tariffs are being paid by Americans."

This, of course, is not news to anyone who has been paying attention. We have all been warning MAGA supporters since before the election that Trump's tariffs would destroy the economy. We warned that his claim that foreign countries pay the tariffs was totally false.

Now, we're all paying the price.

  • Americans' concerns over the economy, and specifically inflation and tariffs, appear to be partially fueling the downward trend of President Donald Trump's approval ratings in a new national poll.

Trump stands at 41% approval and 53% disapproval in a Quinnipiac University survey conducted April 3-7 and released on Wednesday.

The president stood at 46%-43% approval/disapproval in a Quinnipiac poll conducted during his first week back in the White House, in late January. And Trump was slightly underwater at 45%-49% in mid-February. But the president's approval ratings are basically unchanged from Quinnipiac's previous survey, which was in the field early last month.

Most, but not all, of the most recent national public opinion surveys indicate Trump's approval ratings in negative territory, which is a slide from the president's poll position when he started his second tour of duty in the White House.

According to the new Quinnipiac poll, Trump stands at 40% approval and 55% disapproval on his handling of the economy. And asked how the president is dealing with the issue of trade, only 39% of respondents said they approved, while 55% gave Trump a thumbs down.

WHERE TRUMP STANDS IN THE LATEST FOX NEWS NATIONAL POLL

In the wake of Trump's blockbuster announcement last week to impose tariffs on dozens of countries across the globe, nearly three-quarters thought the tariffs would hurt the U.S. economy in the short term, while just over half said the move by the president would also hurt the nation's economy in the long term as well.

Given a list of four economic issues and asked which one worries voters the most right now, 47% of those questioned in the poll said the price of food and consumer goods, with one-in-five saying the cost of housing or rent, 17% saying the stock market, and 6% pointing to their job situation.

When FOX News prints bad news about Trump it is obvious he is in trouble.

The American people did not give Trump a mandate to intimidate Canada, Greenland, Denmark, and Panama. Trump does not have a mandate at all. He has th requirement to provide the American people with better economic numbers. He is not doing it. The American people win when Trump loses.

Carrot Caligula's steely determination to make Murica safe for mediocre white men such as yourself is your last best chance to make a difference in this world.

Don Cheetolini is throwing you a lifeline, at the expense of women, non-whites, and non-Christians.

You've been gifted a rare second chance to make your mark on this world.

If your posting history is any guide, though, you'll fuck this up again. That's rather common for chronic underachievers such as yourself.

The best part is.....you'll have no one to blame but yourself. Again.

Your "perpetual victim" mindset will remain the same.
