I actually dont know. If someone is comfortable and confident in what they are wearing, for me that is whether they look good or not. You can wear the most wonderful sexy thing, but if you look/feel uncomfortable, unsexy, then it rrally doesn't matter. Confidence is sexy. Which is why it's hard when you don't have it. Don't confuse confidence with arrogance. Not sexy.

I promised myself after years of neglect of myself by myself and by my then partner that I would look after myself. So, regardless of day or activity, I have on underwear that makes me feel sexy. You may not know it by what I'm wearing on the outside? But I know it. And it makes me feel good.
Other than that, it's dependent. I can wear the same outfit, and one day, I'm full of confidence and feel fucking amazing. The next time, I can feel like a sack of spuds.
