Good morning everyone....what a night. Woke up to crazy storm and tornado sirens at like 2 AM ish?

Everything turned out ok but then of course there's trying to go back to sleep, calm the dogs etc

Anyway.... Coffee it is!

I know that feeling. My dog kept me up from 10 to midnight grumbling about the thunder and pacing. . I am glad you’re ok.

I make my own chicken bone broth. I keep "bone bags" in the freezer. I'll take a few, roast the bones in my electric roaster, then boil them for 4 days. By then, the bones have totally disintegrated and the marrow has leaked out. It makes great soups, stews, risottos, etc.

Extremely healthy
