Woken up by the thunderstorm ... will try to go back to sleep.....

I love thunderstorms! We don't get them often. When I get woken up by one, I get up and rearrange the chairs in the living room to watch the storm! ️🌩

Ah well 07.30 I need to get off my bum. Only walked the dogs, turned a cubic metre of compost into the next bin on the 3year cycle and had breakfast.

Car to the garage in an hour for service and MOT then perhaps get something done!

Everything turned out ok but then of course there's trying to go back to sleep, calm the dogs etc

I make my own chicken bone broth. I keep "bone bags" in the freezer. I'll take a few, roast the bones in my electric roaster, then boil them for 4 days. By then, the bones have totally disintegrated and the marrow has leaked out. It makes great soups, stews, risottos, etc.

Extremely healthy
