Music is too distracting, for me. I get into it way too much, and then the song changes and I have to switch my attention to that, and... all sorts. It drives me batty. Spoken word is better, I can relegate it to the background, so podcasts or equivalent are better for me in that way.

I did see that post. Falling from a great height. It's the thought of the time "knowing" that is the fear, rather than the splat as I hit the ground. It's terrifying.
