Thanks for inquiring. The chains are standard 12 inch nipple chains. They only connect to her pussy lips as seen in the photo. There are no internal components. Easy to put on as she puts her lips through the cutouts as shown. She does have to remove it to pee. However she has worn it all day without issues.
