Yes. Temporarily. With all of these cervical neck, shoulder, and arm issues; I know they can’t be helpful to inflammation! I already can’t take NSAIDS because I’m allergic. So I’m fucked there. Figured I’d try to do something to help myself that I could control!

I have a few friends that cut all or 99% of sugar out of their diet and it did wonders for them... Inflammation went down a lot.. Just a thought...Feel better

1. In college I won a 64 team beer pong tournament and played my roommates in the finals.
2. Both times I was a head coach in youth sports my son got injured and I still had to coach everyone else.
3. I used to play tournament backgammon at a very high level.
