I’ve been using Flonase for the last couple years during pollen season (since I had a really shitty sinus infection). Seems to help.

I've had ringing in my ears for as long as I can remember so I just thought it was normal. Friends told me it was not. So I am getting it all checked out early April

Sounds like tinnitus. I have that, along with some hearing loss, from my days working around loud machinery in the navy. One of my friends who is a fellow online gamer likewise has it from his career as a machinist. We both basically have to sleep with the television on, so that the background noise "runs interference" against the tinnitus and allows us to sleep.
Broken.
I'm not sure there is such a thing of too much cheese!
