Sex changing powers

So I was thinking about a character from One Piece called 'Ivankov'. (Anyone who reads/watches One Piece probably knows this character.)

In the story this character has the powers of the 'hormone hormone fruit' which gives them a variety of special powers.

The one I want to focus is on is that they can stab someone with their fingernails, injecting hormones which can completely change someone from male to female and vise versa. Basically changing their entire biology. This power can basically be used on anyone, willing targets, unwilling targets and even themselves. This change happense immediately btw, changing their bone structures and everything on the spot.

So I feel like there is a story in there with an MC that have such powers. I don't have anything cohesive, but things to come to mind:

He walks outside at night and sees a gang in an allyway harassing a woman, the gang leader is ripping the woman's clothes off. MC swoops in and changes the gangleader to female, as the gangleader screams in panic as he tranforms. MC grabs the girl and runs out of there. The gangleader orders his gang of thugs to go after them, but his gang just stares at him, now her, with lustfull eyes.

Other ideas are, he befriends a trans person who finds out his power and asks him to change her so her gender matches her biology (Turn her into a biological female).
He meets someone who he falls in love with and he uses his power to repeatedly change their sexes so they take turns in being male/female.

Anyway I think there are countless possibilities, and I think there are some awesome story possibilities with this.

I love Ivankov! Honestly of the devil fruits I’d want Ivankov’s free instant HRT for my friends as well as a lot of medical applications.

I think the gang leader idea is a bit much but I could see some similar ideas:

For example, pervert wants to sneak into the women’s locker room so they either find the spell or lie to the guy who has the power about their intentions and gets changed…only to really feel self conscious the whole time as well as they get sexually harassed by male peers and end up feeling so awkward in the locker room they almost flee but a friendly woman takes care of them and they have a good day at the gym or pool.

So the conflict begins:

Do they want to change back or is their new form feeling more comfortable. Maybe the spell or effect can only be done safely once a month so lead has to wait.

Then:

A. Do they try to start a relationship with their new friend and are they open both about who they were before the change and why they did the change in the first place?

B. Or do they navigate life as a woman? Yeah there would be paperwork to do but do they try and see life as a new person or do they reveal the swap right away.

Or if you wanted to go a goofier route:

1. Guy believes only fans accounts have it so easy so he decides to do a Magic sex change and start a channel…only to find he gets no traction. Desperate he reaches out to another channel to help and that channel is very supportive telling him all the things he did wrong and offering to mentor him.

He’s upfront he’s a guy and she is supportive, not quite understanding or thinking he’s just spending it weird. (Maybe she’s trans and asks if he can take her to the the person who helped him out)

Maybe he even learns something about himself or just has lots of kinky sex before deciding which gender is right for them.

Edit: to add some real life into things. I have a friend who pre-transition considered herself aro/ace (with some light sex repulsion)…after transitioning, she is still working on if she is aro or not, but she is most definitely NOT ace (like I have helped them shop for all kinds of BDSM gear and she is very open with her fantasies, lol)

Maybe a group of friends use the powers for a night just for fun and one of them, who normally doesn’t try to hook up with anyone when they go out, makes out with someone and almost has a one night stand but chickens out at the last second. When it’s time to change back, they ask to have a bit more time and go to the person they almost hooked up with and tell them about the swap and that they normally don’t want sex but being in this current body makes them want to try it out. Their hookup agrees to take things slow and our lead has a wonderful night.

Cut to a few months later and lead has stayed transformed and friend group is highly supportive…maybe a bit too supportive as they wind up having to cancel plans as most of the group is hooking up with lead

I briefly thought about adding a transgender character in my "Aliens Horny Invasion" series, in a future where gender reassignment was 100% effective in the sense that trans men (Women to men) have had their entire bodies redesigned and that none of the original organs of the woman remain, and vice versa. The idea would have been that a trans character gets infected by the aliens, but since they were one gender at birth they revert to it. Inevitably, I decided against it as it would likely offend people who read my series and also because it seemed like a massive insult to trans people that their bodies meant nothing to an alien that increased the libidos and altered the bodies of their hosts/victims.

I was thinking about this a bit more myself,

What if a woman got this power?
Maybe she got dumped, even though there was no cheating or anything the break up did turn a bit sour and both said some stuff they didn't mean.
(Maybe he saw a picture of another guy on her phone, but that was actually her when she was experimenting with her powers.)

In her anger she changes him into a woman. However even though they ended on a sour note, he reached out to her in this predicament, since despite everything, she is the woman that knows him best.
