Sober Living Manager

I had a story idea. I am a sober living house manager. Do to our location in the city we have a high turn over rate. The most common reason for discharge is Failing a drug test. Unfortunately this house is stag, but there is coed sober living houses. My thought or fantasy story idea was a female fails a drug test and to avoid having to move out, excepts the managers proposal to stay the night in his room, doing what ever he wishes with her.

34 years clean & sober speaking here, but I never had the sober living house experience. While this kind of thing could and probably does happen, anyone who has the courage to take this story on really needs take be ready for the cringe/anger reaction for anyone in the recovery community and industry.
