Well the management has been away this week doing important management stuff. Consequently I got to wreck the kitchen doing blue stuff. I have been wanting to make focaccia for sometime since the kids got me a bread making book. So I did and will sort the kitchen later.

My god is this bread good!

Well the management has been away this week doing important management stuff. Consequently I got to wreck the kitchen doing blue stuff. I have been wanting to make focaccia for sometime since the kids got me a bread making book. So I did and will sort the kitchen later.

There is a local gal that makes sour dough bread. I am gonna pick up a loaf tomorrow am.... I just don't have the patience....

Our neighbor made sourdough bread last week to go along with the venison pot pie. Since I’m trying to avoid carbs, I held onto it till this morning and had it for lunch. Toasted it and put butter on it: YUM!

My direct manager is fucking oblivious to my concerns..... and on top I have old crazy parents...new with my dad is heart and carotid issues.... and a house that is falling down around me because I can't make enough money to fix it or can't find someone competent to do it.....

A piece if siding came off and I see plywood.... house wasn't wrapped is the new thing.... and i think I have a water hammer in my outside spigot....... looked up symptoms and this seems to be the consensus..oh and my shower knob is broken again.....fuck (sorry grey)

I like sourdough bread, but sourdough toast only has to be slightly overdone before it turns into a series of miniature daggers, slicing through the walls and roof of your mouth.
