I usually walk with purpose, I just don’t “walk around”. That said, I don’t choose which side, my penis makes the choice.

Why would there be a need to switch sleeves? It’s fine where it is. The only time there is a need to adjust is when it wakes up from time to time. In that case changes may be needed.

I have had it caught in my zipper. It fucking sucks and hurts. Extra care and attention is always needed to avoid that.

Yes it has chafed from time to time. That’s why shower after care and moisturizing is super important.
