I have no idea!!! They just both like sleep as much as I do! We did use one of those wake up clocks with colored lights when my youngest was younger to indicate if she could get up or not.

Hopefully time will help! Mine have always been great sleepers... but they're also older now and I rarely see them before 10am on the weekend or non school days!
