To be fair, cilantro is Spanish/Mexican for coriander. So. You're saying it right. Just in a different language.

Plus we don't really do metric vs imperial. (In the UK). We do a weird mix of both depending on what it is you're talking about.

Originally called Navy pea coat for Dutch Sailors I think. Those flaps I guess were actually intentional and of use.
That word pea is derived from another word which I don't remember that means some sort of wool.

The flaps are still useful! At least if you live in a country as cold as mine. The collar is usually really big, just like the flaps. Flip them up around a scarf and you're wonderfully insulated against wind and weather super cozy, love them.
