So much hate on velvetta in here today. It is what it is - something to provide a base for making easy to melt cheesy like goodness with other things added in.

For example, velvetta, chili and rotel (diced canned tomatoes with green chilies), a little garlic, a little onion, salt, diced fresh jalapeños and tortilla chips? All equals happiness in under 10 minutes.
