Just saw a recipe for Tachos …

While I realize this may not be new to anyone except me, I did think of the Midwest princess. It’s nachos with tater tots instead of tortillas.

Kinda sounds like a win to me.

Former Minnesotan here confirming that adding tater tots to anything in Minnesota is like crack.

I have lived (almost) my entire life here and I still cannot drink a cup of coffee with food.

I do miss hot dish. I have been stuffing my face with Tex Mex for the last few months and have managed to get myself a little extra “cuddly”.

Cannot go wrong with Tex Mex!!

I made chicken and roasted veggies the other night. My kids were shocked it wasn’t a casserole or hot dish… I guess I had gotten deep into a comfort food hole
And FWIW, extra cuddly isn’t always a bad thing

I have to find a place where I can get chicken fried steak with sausage gravy with a side of biscuits and gravy and hash browns.

And then my intrusive thoughts had me contemplating licking gravy off of…
