Every day is margie day in California.

But it has to be made authentic.

Tequila, agave*, triple sec*, more tequila, lime.

Any sweet and sour, simple syrup, grocery store mix, or any other sweetener is unacceptable. If your margie is piss yellow, it is wrong.
