I missed you woman! In my opinion (obviously the only one that matters) this post should be reported for giving incorrect information and lack of taste!
I know that at least three of the self important, egomaniacal, love the sound of their own voice, my way is the only way, tantrum throwing toddlers, are in fact three years old not two
Regardless of age or energy levels, who doesn’t watch reality TV? @ToPleaseHim , this poster obviously should be banned. Bring down that hammer![]()
Hell no! I learned the last time I cut my bangs. lolYou are cutting it yourself?
Wow, "no-ing" your "no"... I have only ever heard of the brattiest brats pulling those kinds of shenanigans! Or extremely cocky people who think they can turn a "no" into a "yes"What's the purpose of replying "no" if I've just replied "no" to you?![]()

Many years ago, The Master of Fitness at Ft Bragg, NC told a group of us that there are 3 low-impact exercises that to some degree, exercise all major muscle groups, strengthen your core, and improve your cardio. All this talk about exercise has me wishing I was in a place to take the lessons I want to get back intodammit stupid back, get back to normal already so I can dance again
Although, swimming is great too when I have a place to do it. Ocean is too cold right now for that though
You won't catch me running again though. Props to those that do it and like it. I did cross country and track&field, and I'm set to only have to run again for survival.running is my hell
@morelikeasong I suppose I get the trauma flashbacks with running, not rowing

Yea! That's why when I can swim, I do. I was walking in pools as part of my PT when my injury was at its worst. But, I've also just always, always, always loved being in the water. Many years ago, The Master of Fitness at Ft Bragg, NC told a group of us that there are 3 low-impact exercises that to some degree, exercise all major muscle groups, strengthen your core, and improve your cardio.
3 best "all in one" , "bang for your buck" exercises.
1.Running.
2.Swimming.
3.Cross-Country Skiing.
First..YES, he was actually called Master of Fitness. Lol! There is a course for it in the Army I guess.
I didn't doubt him because the dude was yoked out of his mind AND he ran marathons. Whatevs.
And true enough.
Not long after that Ellipticals became a craze. Which are essentially cross country ski simulators.
I love swimming. But its an ordeal
Tide pools are pricey.
I was in the Army for better part of a decade so I am done running. They broke me of ever wanting to double-time again.
I used an elliptical for about a year.
They actually do work.
But take a lot of space and..yeah I just got over it.
If you have back issues I would totally reccommend trying to find a gym with a pool.
So dangerous to try too much.
Re-injury with a back is nothing to mess with.
I'm not a runner but do enjoy doing 5m a day on different bikes at the gym, you can do traditional bike or incline or sit down that also gives an arm workout. I still walk on treadmill here and there but think I get more out of the bike, definitely good for knees. Shout out for rowingI do 3-4 sets a workout to break things up, love the rhythm when you get going. All this talk about exercise has me wishing I was in a place to take the lessons I want to get back intodammit stupid back, get back to normal already so I can dance again
