@MrMakersMark I’m super glad to have read these posts today. I’m a former runner with early onset arthritis (bad knees, ugh). I’ve been walking and swimming, but hadn’t thought about rowing. I need to look into this! I wonder if my Y has a rowing machine…
Rowing is a great, adjustable impact, cardio exercise that can work a lot of different muscle groups. Especially upper-body.
For me, its more fun and less monotonous than some other repetition work outs.

I kayak and fish ALLL the time during the warmer months, so rowing helps keeps my shoulders feeling strong during off-season.

I liked it so much I bought one.
