My wife has been on topless beaches and enjoyed being nude and chatting with guys. She is in her 50s and still turns heads. She was wondering what happened to all bar fashion shows where the women in nighties would chat with men and their nightie would being sold based on ticket raffles. She mentioned that one of her fantasies would be to work a fashion show with me at the bar as a customer and everyone around not knowning the model in the nightie was my wife. Are these fashion shows still around?

It's funny that you mention this. I used to work at an office in New Jersey. There was a nice restaurant not far from the office. It was not cheap, so I didn't go there very often, but one Friday a friend asked if I wanted to go there for lunch. He told me they had a fashion show there at lunchtime every Friday. He didn't have to ask twice.

It was weird in a way. A nice restaurant filled with business people in suits and women walking around in lingerie, evening dresses, and other sexy outfits. I enjoyed that several Fridays.

I've never heard of this. But I could imagine some sexy stories based on it.

Two colleagues having lunch. A man and a woman both in their thirties, on their way up the corporate ladder.
"Carrie, I'll bet you'd look great up there." He nods towards the runway, but changes his tune when she gives him a disapproving look. "In an evening gown or something. You know. Something classy."
She gives him a side-eyed glance and a grin and then her attention is diverted by a well built young man who is modeling a line of mens yoga pants. The tight material doesn't leave much to the imagination.
She looks back at Roger and smiles. "I'll tell you what. I will, if you will."
He looks surprised. "I umm...I'm in decent shape, but I'm not built like that guy," he gestures with his thumb.
Carrie shrugs. "And I'm not a size zero with no tits or ass." She gives him a serious look, but she's wildly excited inside. 'C'mon, put up or shut up. Are you in?"
Roger has never backed down from a challenge in his life. "What the hell. Lets do it."

The county I live in regulated those type of things out back in the 90's. If the establishment has a liquor license, they can't have any type of what could be sexually provocative events. No bikini or wet t-shirt contest or anything like what you are describing.
One of my friends didn't know about the new regulations and would do something similar to what the OP is talking about and was shut down by the county. Lost 3 different restaurants in a matter of days.

My wife used to sell lingerie at home parties, like a sexy Tupperware party. She modeled for a couple of shows. One was a pre-Super Bowl party and I joined her when she did an all male party. That was fucking hot. She used to wear a bodysuit underneath but she still showed plenty of her long legs and ass. That led to her giving me and my best friend private showings of our lingerie collection. Naturally, it ended up with him fucking her.

Back in the 70s and 80s in New Jersey these things were much more available, women barbers cutting hair in lingerie. the gogo bars were all over the place..I haven't seen these lingerie parties at a bar though.

My wife and her sister used to have lingerie parties back in the late 80s and early 90s. My wife would model some of outfits and it always turned me on knowing some of the women brought their husband's. I'm not sure if she ever had sex with any of them afterwards.

Sounds like some of the counties here in SC.

It forced a lot of clubs to shut down and move to other counties and states.
I do find it funny that here in SC, the areas that are the most conservative and have forced these businesses out, also, have the largest swinger population. Especially in the upstate and down along the coast.
