My earliest memory that I know the date for sure…. New Years Eve, 1969. I was at my grandmother’s house and I clearly remember watching the celebration on TV and seeing the big sign “1970”.

I have very little memory of the years before I was about 6 or so. There used to be a train train on the other side of the road from the house and I remember looking out over the back of the sofa waiting for the train to go by.
