No. How do you do that to your mother? It's like I know she needs to be evaluated, but doing it too soon would just be an insult and embarrassing to her. I think she knows because she spends an awful lot of time telling us she's not crazy when she describes these events to us.Oh, gosh, M! Your situation is such a quandary. Has your mother been evaluated for dementia? Alzheimer's is one form of dementia; your mother seems to be exhibiting some signs.
If the HHC can't handle being with your mother, the agency from where a he works should send you someone properly trained and qualified to care for her.![]()
